At CDK, we value the unique experiences and perspectives our employees bring to work every day. Veterans, in particular, often develop strong leadership, adaptability, problem-solving, and decision-making skills through their military service. These qualities translate powerfully to success in the civilian workplace and help drive innovation, teamwork, and results.

What principles or values from your time in service have you brought with you to CDK?
“The values of the USAF are similar to what we have at CDK. Those that I learned in the USAF and still apply today are integrity, accountability, and striving to do the right thing even when no one is watching. The other value and principle that I learned that I still apply today is discipline and service to the greater mission or goal before one’s self.”

What principles or values from your time in service have you brought with you to CDK?
“I think the Armed Forces gives young adults the opportunity to develop those intangible qualities that can be so valuable for success in any veteran. Accountability, direction, respect, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity are all qualities that were learned, developed, or fine-tuned because of the Marine Corps, and I believe those have been a real asset for my career here.”
