  • Screening: Typically a 20-30 minute conversation with a Talent Acquisition Partner. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about you and for you to learn more about CDK and the position you’ve applied for.

Interview

Your application is submitted — what’s next?

  • Interview: Your interview process could involve a phone, video, in-person or panel interview. It could even be a combination of these. The process typically takes anywhere between 2-4 weeks.
  • Work Samples/Assessments: You may be asked to take an online assessment or provide samples of work demonstrating your skill level or proficiency. This helps us ensure you’re a great fit and enables us to fuel your professional development.
  • Follow up: You can expect to hear from your TA Partner throughout the interview process – they’ll schedule the next steps or provide feedback. TA Partners communicate in various ways including email, text, or phone. We also want to hear from you directly, so if you’re unsure about the next steps or have any questions related to the process, please reach out.
  • What to expect after the interview:
    • Our interview panel will work diligently to gather aligned feedback and find the perfect candidate to join the team.
    • Please take the time to reconnect with your TA Partner and be sure to send any follow-up or thank you emails to your interviewers.
    • If there’s mutual interest between your end and ours, you should expect to see an offer soon. If for some reason either party decides to move in a different direction, please continue to visit our careers page for updates on future opportunities.

Hire

Received an offer? Congratulations! When a candidate accepts our offer, we truly look at it as a win-win. We are lucky that you have chosen us and we will do our best to provide you with all that you seek from a career at CDK. Post-acceptance, you’re almost there:

  • Background screening: We have a dedicated internal staffing coordination team to assist with this step. Under most circumstances we receive results within approximately 7-10 business days.
  • First day and beyond: To ensure you feel welcomed, excited, and comfortable with the onboarding process, our hiring managers will reach out to set expectations and confirm logistics to prepare you for Day 1.

Our process varies depending on the position, but on average, it takes between two – four weeks.

Compensation will vary depending on the type and level of the role you’re applying for. We do offer market-competitive salaries, benefits, and incentives and use internal and external data market research to ensure we’re aligned with the industry.

We offer a flexible work culture that includes remote, hybrid and on-site opportunities, depending upon the role. For example, field-based and virtual roles on our Sales, Customer Support, and Customer Delivery teams are 100% remote-friendly, while our corporate roles offer a hybrid work schedule.

Our dress code is casual/business casual, but we like to call it dress-for-your day! Jeans are fine on most days, but you probably want to dress more professionally if you have a meeting with stakeholders or clients.
