Benefits

Our Health & Wellness benefits support the employee’s physical and emotional health. We provide an annual preventive health check-up plan that covers employees and their spouse over 35 years of age. We organize regular health check camps and wellness talks in our office facilities for our employees. We also offer online medical consultations for employees and their immediate family members. 

We offer best-in-class medical insurance covering employee, spouse, children and either parents or parents-in-law, with an option for voluntary top-up. We also offer Life Insurance and Accident Insurance.

Our time-off plans offer flexibility for both short term absences and longer vacations. Eligible employees have flexibility to encash part of their accrued vacation days.
