Position Summary

CDK Global is looking for a Sales Trainer to join our growing sales enablement and sales operations team. We are looking for an enthusiastic agile-minded, strategic thinking, problem solving, sales professional. that will drive revenue and growth for the organization by enabling CDK Sales and account team members to sell CDK portfolio of solutions.

In this role, you will act as a facilitator and mentor for Sales teams across North America to ensure that our sales and account teams are unified in a single selling motion. Able to effectively help our customers transform their business.

Remote Opportunity with 25% or less monthly travel – location can be anywhere in continental US near a major airport

Responsibilities & Essential functions

  • Strong and confident skills with essentials of ability to promote change, presentation, effective communication, impactful experience, skills, and knowledge to enable field sales executives and account teams to be successful

  • Sharing your b2b sales processes and experiences to drive sales behaviors

  • Ability to coach field sales reps to achieve and exceed quotas with measurable impact

  • Familiar with value based selling methodologies

  • Collaborate with sales representatives and internal partners to drive desired business outcomes

  • Facilitate, coach, and train sales professionals throughout their careers

Qualifications

  • 2+ years b2b sales training experience – onboarding or ongoing training

  • 2+ years SaaS field sales experience

  • Demonstrated understanding of foundational acumen of automotive retail / dealership operations

  • Team player – ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders (sales operations, sales, marketing, product marketing) on multi-faceted projects.

  • Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies

  • Ability to travel 25% or less on a monthly basis

  • Associate’s Degree – preferred

Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 + Annual Bonus
