In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the planning, execution, and successful delivery of cross-functional programs and initiatives that align with organizational strategy. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure resource optimization, risk management, and continuous process improvement. Your focus will be on driving strategic outcomes, establishing best practices, and creating scalable frameworks that deliver measurable impact across the organization.
Responsibilities
1. Strategy Execution & Program Leadership

Lead high-impact programs and projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Develop comprehensive project plans (timelines, milestones, resource needs, risk mitigation) and monitor progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Proactively partner with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams to keep initiatives on track, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with broader business goals.
2. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability across various programs.

Establish and refine standard methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Lean, etc.) to drive consistency, transparency, and effective execution.

Conduct root-cause analyses to diagnose bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions for ongoing optimization.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners to ensure program objectives are understood and supported.

Serve as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders, delivering regular progress updates, clear communication on risks/issues, and strategic recommendations.

Champion a culture of collaboration, ensuring that all parties remain informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Resource & Financial Management

Work with leadership to plan and allocate resources (budget, personnel, technology) according to program priorities and capacity.

Evaluate opportunities to optimize cost and ROI, proactively recommending adjustments to improve financial performance and resource utilization.

Track budgets, forecast future needs, and communicate any variances or risks to stakeholders in a timely manner.
5. Risk Management & Problem Solving

Identify potential risks and dependencies early in the program lifecycle; develop and execute proactive mitigation strategies.

Utilize data and analytics to monitor program performance, quickly address roadblocks, and make informed decisions that minimize disruption.

Drive a solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring lessons learned are captured and applied to future initiatives.
6. Reporting, Metrics & Executive Visibility

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure overall program success, quality, and strategic impact.

Provide clear, concise reporting to senior management-highlighting achievements, potential risks, financial performance, and key decisions required.

Lead post-program reviews and share insights to refine processes, bolster continuous improvement, and inform strategic planning.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement

Partner with business units (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success) to embed new processes, adopt best practices, and accelerate strategic initiatives.

Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and documentation of program frameworks, ensuring easy access and adoption across teams.

Influence and inspire stakeholder buy-in at all levels, exhibiting strong executive presence and thought leadership.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred) or equivalent experience

7+ years of experience in program or project management, including demonstrated success overseeing large, complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Proven track record of driving strategic programs, implementing process improvements, and applying change management best practices.

Strategic Orientation: Ability to link day-to-day program activities to broader business goals.

Analytical & Problem-Solving: Skilled in data-driven decision-making, root-cause analysis, and creative solution development.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal skills; adept at stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination.

Risk & Financial Management: Experience with budget oversight, risk mitigation strategies, and delivering ROI on high-visibility initiatives.

Adaptability & Innovation: Comfortable leading change in a fast-paced environment; proactive in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Executive Presence: Skilled at presenting to and influencing senior leaders with clarity and confidence.

Salary Range: $131,850 – $150,000

Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
