Position Summary

We have an immediate opening for a Senior Sales Enablement Consultant who is primarily responsible for being a subject matter expert (SME) in CDK Software and workflows. The Senior Sales Enablement Consultant is a proven leader. They are called upon to support leadership as well as provide peer mentorship. In their day-to-day roles, they are responsible for analyzing customer needs and requirements through strategic discovery, leveraging technical thought leadership, sharing industry best practices, and presenting CDK product offerings based on specific business requirements.

The Senior Sales Enablement Consultant utilizes a unique blend of technical knowledge and sales skills to ensure a successful partnership and increase overall revenue.

Position Responsibilities

  • Assist in driving the discovery process, helping to uncover prospect/customer’s business objectives and issues.

  • In collaboration with Sales, use in-depth product knowledge to deliver captivating product demonstrations highlighting value propositions to get prospects excited about how CDK will help them exceed their goals.

  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure successful onboarding and rollout of solutions sold.

  • Be an influential role model and mentor for other SECs.

  • Near Subject Matter expertise in all CDK solutions, workflows, strong understanding of the competitive landscape, and poses vast Automotive Industry Insights.

  • Partners with the SEC Managers and assists with driving the overall team’s performance. They must be able to demonstrate phenomenal sales support, in-depth knowledge of CDK’s products, technology, and services.

  • 80% travel required to meet clients

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Automotive Operations experience to include Variable Operations, Fixed Operations, and or Business Office and Accounting)

  • Experience with technical sales, consulting, and product presentations within the SaaS industry.

  • Sales and Implementation or consulting experience with CDK products/solutions preferred but not limited to.

Salary Range: $90,500-$110,000 + Annual Target Bonus
